Delivery
If a product is in stock, we will clearly state this on the relevant page. You can then choose from 3 shipping methods for shipping within the Netherlands and your device will be delivered the next day for free in Belgium. Further explanation about the shipping methods can be found below.
Same day delivery
For our Dutch customers we offer free same day delivery when they order before 10:00 am.
Next day delivery
If you order before 23:59 in the Netherlands and before 18:00 in Belgium, you will receive the product the next day (with the exception of Sunday). If you are not present during the first delivery moment, a second delivery moment will take place. If you are not present the second time, the delivery person will leave a message, where and when you can pick up the package.

This means that if you order on Friday evening before 11:59 pm in the Netherlands and before 6 pm in Belgium, your order will be delivered to you for free on Saturday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, the product will be delivered to you on Monday.
14 days reflection period
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the order.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form sent by us, but you are not obliged to do so.
I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Of course. If we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel it in advance, please contact us via e-mail. †
